At Kalgi Jewellery, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take great care to make sure you receive exactly what you’ve chosen. Since each item is made with detail and precision, we don’t usually accept cancellations or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
If, in rare cases, an order has to be cancelled from our side — perhaps due to unavailability or an unexpected issue — we’ll let you know right away and process a full refund to your original payment method within two working days.
Exchanges & Returns
Because each Kalgi creation is individually handmade, slight variations in color, design, or finish are completely natural and add to its charm. These differences are not considered defects.
We also use natural materials such as pearls, gemstones, and beads, which may have unique textures or markings — another hallmark of authenticity.
To help you choose confidently, we’re always happy to share extra photos, videos, or details about any product before you make your purchase.
We accept exchanges only in these situations:
- The jewellery was damaged during transit (please share an unboxing video for verification).
- The parcel was lost in transit.
- You received a wrong product, and the original item is unused and in its packaging.
Custom-made or personalized designs are not eligible for exchange or return.
Delivery & Payment Notes
Please note that full payment must be completed before dispatch — we do not offer “pay on delivery” options.
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In Case of Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We request you to take clear photos and record a short unboxing video before opening the parcel — this helps us verify the issue and resolve it smoothly.

Once our team inspects the claim, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or provide store credit that you can use on your next purchase. Refunds to the original payment mode are processed only in cases where the order was cancelled by us.
