At Kalgi Jewellery, we know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we make sure every piece reaches you safely and on time. Each order is carefully packed and shipped through trusted courier partners so your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2000 (terms and conditions apply).
If your order total is below ₹2000, standard delivery charges will apply.

Please note, free shipping does not apply if products from one order are sent to multiple addresses. Each order is shipped to a single destination only.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we take 24–48 hours to process and prepare items that are ready to ship.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For custom-made or made-to-order jewellery, dispatch may take 1–4 weeks, depending on the design.
If there is any delay or product unavailability, our team will inform you within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp along with your tracking ID

Delivery Timelines

For domestic orders, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–3 business days for metro & tier-1 cities
  • 5–6 business days for tier-2, tier-3, and rural areas

 

For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your country’s customs process and import rules.

Please note: delays due to public holidays, weather, customs clearance, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

International Shipping

For international orders, please WhatsApp us at +91 87340 37403 with your name, address, and product details.
We’ll share the total cost including shipping charges before final confirmation.

Shipping charges vary based on destination, weight, and currency rates.
Import duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility, as these vary from country to country. 

Address & Delivery Rules

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Once the parcel is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

All deliveries require a signature and mobile number upon receipt, as proof of delivery.

Receiving Your Parcel

Every Kalgi order is packed securely and quality-checked before dispatch.
If you notice that your package is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
Take photos or a short video and report the issue immediately to kalgi.jewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 87340 37403 with your order ID.
We will assist you in arranging a replacement at the earliest.

If a tampered package is accepted, it will be assumed that the order was received in good condition
