Refund policy

We take immense pride in our modern heritage craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility Conditions (Please Read Carefully)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all Kalgi Jewellery pouches, boxes, and tags intact.
  • Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (such as earrings or sets containing earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The "Unboxing Video" Requirement

To claim a return or exchange for missing, damaged, or defective items, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the original sealed packaging being opened and the defect in question. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  1. Initiation: Email us at info@kalgijewellery.com with your order number and unboxing video/photos to request a return.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it. We will notify you of the status of your refund.
  3. Settlement: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. COD orders will be refunded via UPI.
